Setzkasten kollaboriert auch dieses Jahr wieder mit den Klangmanifesten, diesmal in Lindabrunn und im Echoraum.

Das Festival umfasst eine ortsspezifische Klangkunstausstellung im weitläufigen Naturraum, Diskurs- und Konzertprogramm sowie ein offenes Entwicklungslabor für praxisorientierte künstlerische Forschung. Wir beschäftigen uns mit Klangkunst und politischen Ökologien, den Perspektiven von Kunst in einer kritischen Reflexion der Begrifflichkeiten von Natur und Umwelt, und ihres beobachtenden bis aktivistischen Potentials im Anthropozän.
The festival includes a site-specific sound art exhibition in an expansive natural space, discourse and concert programs, and an open laboratory for practice-oriented artistic research. We are concerned with sound art and political ecologies, the perspectives of art in a critical reflection of the conceptualizations of nature and environment, and their observational and activist potential in the Anthropocene.

Klangmanifeste @ Echoraum, 9./10.9.2022
Im Echoraum zeigen wir Arbeiten, die sich mit Vernetzungen, Kausalitäten und systemischen Konstellationen auseinandersetzen und sie musikalisch und installativ erforschen. In unserer kuratorischen Linie begreifen wir Natur als ein Zusammenspiel von biologischen und technologischen Komponenten, die im selben Umfeld existieren und denselben Gesetzen folgen.
In echoraum we show works that deal with interconnections, causalities and systemic constellations and explore them musically and installatively. In our curatorial lineage, we conceive of nature as an interplay of biological and technological components that exist in the same environment and follow the same laws.
